Leave the Fetid Larder and talk to Diablo 4 Items Varyana again. She asks for your assistance in avenging her by taking down two Cannibal Chieftains.

First Chieftain - Grelkar:

Head northeast to the quest location where the Herald of Grelkar will appear.

Defeat the Herald to receive the Hand of Invitation.

Travel to Grelkar's Feast Hall.

Inside, fight Grelkar and his followers. After their defeat, burn the effigy to Diablo 4 Items for sale summon Zolmog.

Watch the cutscene, then exit the Feast Hall and speak to Varyana.
